KENSINGTON OASIS RENOVATION - VANCOUVER
After completing their garage, backyard, and basement renovation in 2019 our clients hired us again in 2024 to do an exterior renovation including renovations to their main & upper floors. We added a small bump out to the upper floor bedroom and built new front porch stairs complete with posts, installed newly stained soffits, lighting fixtures, a new fiberglass front door, & screen door. The whole house including the garage was painted in a lighter grey tone to give a refreshed look.
Interior changes included sanding the dark oak floors and refinished them for a more updated lighter look. New millwork for the kitchen & den, new tiles in the kitchen/primary bath, new plumbing, & lighting fixtures through out, a few new doors, new carpet on the stairs, & added wainscotting to the main floor powder room.
