ORCHARD PARK - VANCOUVER RENOVATION
Our clients wanted to update the finishes throughout their home creating a brighter atmosphere. We added more natural light by converting a window/door into a triple glazed patio slider off of the dining room with a small deck, and incorporated custom white & wood grain cabinets throughout. We removed the existing tile/carpet, and opted for a light vinyl flooring. The upper floor primary ensuite was also completely re-configured. This new floor plan required one of the skinny tall windows to be removed, closed up, & stucco patched from the exterior and repainted. We also removed the old roof and installed a new asphalt shingled roof.
