Design & ApprovalsThe first stage is one of the most exciting and most important of all! We will work closely with you, the designer and the architect to ensure your dreams and plans fit your budget.

Demolition & Site PreparationTime to break ground! Existing structures are removed and we begin to dig for the foundation. As much of the debris as possible is recycled.

FoundationsOnce the site preparation is complete, the footprint of your new home will start to take shape as we form and pour the foundations.

UtilitiesNext comes services like gas, hydro, sewer and water.

FramingThe bones of the house go up as the framing rises. Soon you will be able to walk through the rooms and begin to get a sense of the space.

Roofing & SidingOnce this stage is complete your new home is at 'lock-up'. Doors and windows are installed and your new home is now water-tight.

Insulation & DrywallThis is always an exciting stage! Your space starts to look less like a construction-zone and more like a home. You'll start to get a good feel for the size and shape of each room.

Kitchen & BathroomTwo of the most important rooms in your new house take shape, including the heart of the home, the kitchen.

LandscapingA beautiful new home deserves beautiful new landscaping! Jeff is a certified Organic Master Gardener and is happy to advise on both ornamental and edible gardens.
