The owners of this home circa 1908 wanted more head room in the top floor with a complete update to the siding of the house. We built a dormer off of the south side to match the north and a new front entry porch. We incorporated Hardie lap siding & shingles with decorative trims to match the era along with a new stained solid wood front entry door. The front and rear stairs included Trex composite decking material for durability with wood and aluminum railings.
