We used a combination of Nichiha concrete panels and Longboard, a unique product designed to look like a wood finish. Premium Innotech tilt/turn windows to achieve the look desired by our clients. A complimentary shed in the back has been dedicated to his toys, and has the same stylish exterior as the home.

The retro yet timeless interior is fun and practical. The kitchen cabinetry graces the smooth ceiling, providing extra storage and a clean sleek look. Our client chose cork flooring throughout the main floor, from the entry through the back of the house to meet the oversize 4 panel French doors. Many of our clients are thinking ahead about aging in the homes we build. The five foot wide staircase is a welcome greeting as you enter the front door, and is engineered to support a chairlift in the future.
