TRANQUIL ARBUTUS RIDGE - VANCOUVER
This 3800 sq. ft. custom home features a secondary suite, a carport with an attached storage shed, and a rooftop deck with sweeping views of the North Shore mountains and downtown Vancouver. Our clients placed a high emphasis on energy efficiency, so during construction we hired Pacific Aerobarrier, an innovative automated envelope sealing company to increase the air tightness of the house to an air exchange of 1.06 ACH! In addition, we installed a boiler that does in floor heat, along with a high efficient HRV system that also controls the bathroom fans. Our design team specified vinyl windows, fiberglass doors, and a solid wood front entry with decorative glass for that heritage touch. Additional requests from our clients include built in sound systems and a custom loom room.
