WEST SIDE ELEGANCE - VANCOUVER CUSTOM HOME
We built this beautiful craftsman transitional home for a family who resided on the property for many years. Loving their fantastic neighborhood, they decided to build this new home of their dreams to fit their needs and express their traditional style. On the exterior, the style is natural and stately with a combination of materials, exposed aggregate stucco and traditional board and baton. The black rundle stone accent was sought out from a rock quarry in the Canadian Rockies.

As for the interior, the living room boasts a stunning solid travertine fireplace mantle and surround, custom ceiling details and wainscoting. We installed Canadian made, Mirage hardwood flooring throughout the home. The kitchen is a showpiece featuring complimentary maple, custom stained cabinetry, Cambria stone countertops and Thermadore appliances. The master bath features polished marble, large format tiles. The custom master closet is fit for a queen, making the most of the space with custom storage and drawers in a sophisticated dark wood finish.
