WELCOMING VICTORIA FRASERVIEW - VANCOUVER
The building site for this split level custom home with a secondary suite was a challenge to design and build as it was on a steep lot and a peat bog. We designed a retaining wall to combat the steep grade and act as a planter. For more information on the challenges of building on a peat bog please click here. The exterior is clad in Hardie siding and shingles and incorporates fiberglass exterior doors. The interior was designed for a busy family with smart home automation, custom built pantry, mud room, and fireplace surround.
