JEFF + DOUG LANGFORD, OWNERS

JDL Homes Vancouver is an award-winning family company, owned and operated by brothers Doug and Jeff Langford.

Doug and Jeff grew up in rural Southern Ontario where their life on the family farms taught them the value of family and a hard day's work. The Langford brothers combine this work-ethic with their passion for design, heritage restoration and new home construction in JDL Homes Vancouver.

Following in their ancestor’s footsteps as master builders, Doug and Jeff enjoy being hands-on throughout the construction process. Beginning their construction careers as carpenters they worked their way through their post-secondary education.  

Now with over 25 years’ experience, Doug and Jeff bring a wealth of knowledge to every renovation project and new custom home they build. They take pride in being Certified Built Green builders, registered members of the ITA apprenticeship program, members of the Home Builders' Association Vancouver (HAVAN) and participants in the Renovator’s Council.
